The second room was supposed to be out of service but the front desk didn't know that.we informed them politely that this was our Honeymoon and they said 'sorry about that' and 'that sucks' really? When we finally got settled in our last room, we received a phone call from the front desk informing us that we are getting our room for a discounted rate, a great deal. After that my husband and I were moved to 3 different rooms bc something was wrong with the first 2.
They were complaining to each other about how they had to get other stuff done before they could wait on guests. Our 1st impression was how rude the people at the front desk were. We had come to stay for the last night of our Honeymoon.
